Today is an uneventful day, I practically sleep until 12 than have my lunch before studying.
We had china fast food restaurant for dinner, and then went to shopping mall for some pool.

day 26 shopping on 步行街
Today was a very cold and rainy day, the temperature was less than 10 degree Celsius, we took bus arranged by the tour guide, to walking street bu xing jie （步行街） were a lot of banks and shops are allocated, it was raining and its freezing cold so we decided go in to a shopping center first.
We had quite a lot of stuff for our breakfast we had chee cheong fan, sushi,bbq chicken, octopus and mango ice, Rather than the chee cheong fan other was not bad.
There wasn’t much to shop inside the shopping center, mostly are girls stuff wasted quite a lot of time before we start shopping on the street.
The street sell more man clothing the Disney shop was cheap, but 80% of their products are for girls, bought a polo tee at jeans west, a china brand for only 55rmb it was cheap and good. Shopping in china u get hell lot of attention, because in 1 shop that don’t have much people visit at 1 go, they would have 4 to 6 people standing to greeting together any customer than comes in, because of the vast no. of man power, I never fail to find some 1 to answer my question when they are needed.
Due to the time constrain I only shopped 1/2of the street, we went back to the lake took some picture before departing back to our school.

Day 25 cherry blossom
We went to Yangtze optic fiber and cable company, in there we seen some of the processes of making optic fiber, first we are shown how the gas are injected to form a kind of fiber glass, secondly they are put into a furnace soften, so that it can be pull to form thin string, lastly would be a lot of QC done, example, testing of tension diameter and stuff like that.
After the visit we went to take a look at the cherry blossom, in another branch of wu han university, although the peak period is over, but I still find it quite nice, especially when the wind blows and all the flower paddle comes down like snow, it is a great experience for me, because I’ve never see a cherry blossom before.
We went to shopping mall for karaoke, the service was fantastic, when I step out of the lift straight away I get a greeting, and people leading to my room.
There is this shop in there which sell beverages, once I step in there is people holding a basket following me, to carry what every drinks I want to buy, of course there is a price to pay for such service ,the drinks there is quite expensive, a bottle of mineral water in school only cost 1rmb in that shop they sell it at 4rmb, after singing when we are leaving everyone in the counter thanked us for patronizing , straight away there is people pressing the lift for us, when our lift door is closing the people that pressed the lift for us thank us again with a bow, this is really a kind of fantastic service I’ve never seen in Singapore.

day 24 presentation day
Today’s lesson is short we finished at about 2.30, because we will be having presentation for the local student, so we went there and start to prepare, we present about food, places of interest, LSCT and culture.
After the presentation we all sang Singapore town ,and that end the whole secession.
We went to qin feng (秦风) again, I guess the food there suits our taste ordered the steam egg and veggie again, this time round we added a whole duck, wasn’t very bad just that it’s a little too spicy and hard, lastly we ordered pork rib again still that’s my favorite dish.
After the presentation we all sang Singapore town ,and that end the whole secession.

Everything as usual day time we are having mr chong lesson, at night we went to the restaurant qin feng (秦风), ordered basically everything we ordered is nice today, steam egg is very smoothing and more fragrance than Singapore, there is no bitter in the veggie, fish than don’t have that much bone since I came here, although not much meat too, mushroom soup here don’t have the weird mushroom taste, maybe it is because those are not dried mushroom, but we are too hungry to take any pictures before we eat.
Went back to our dorm to do some finalization for tomorrow presentation.

day 22 lousy KFC
Had lesson on the afternoon after lesson, as usual we have our movie secession, mr chong show us red Clift I’ve watched twice so im not very interested, I’m more interested in red Clift 2.
As for today dinner we went to shopping mall to eat kfc, we took public bus and we actually over shot by few bus stop, so end up we paid more than cab fair to get to our destination.
The kfc chicken was very small about ½ the size in Singapore, worst case scenario is that they don’t have chili sauce, the whip potato taste lousy too have a kind of herbal taste, more over the price is even more expensive than yesterday’s dinner which was kind of fantastic, conclusion? Eating kfc in china is definitely not worth it.
After dinner we went for to play pool to end our day.

day 21 a nice meal
½ of the whole trip has passed , we are rather doing the same thing everyday, had mr chong lesson on the afternoon after lesson we watched Madagascar, we have our dinner at a restaurant near our school, because there is no table available so we are given the privilege to use the vip room, a room that’s was well renovated with tv sofa and a personal toilet, food was nice too nicer than those that we ate normally specially the pork rib, the special thing about it is, they added rainbow chocolate that we normally add in donuts therefore we are able to taste this 2 different layer of sweetness, they also added fried ginger slice to add on to its fragrance, the best part is this meal only cost us 22 rmb each quite lavish with 10 dishes, totally worth the price.

day 20 climbing the mountain
Today I didn’t have enough sleep because I watched television until midnight, we checkout early , we go to the same restaurant to have our breakfast. After breakfast we went back to nan yan (南岩)to start our climb to the peak. Initially was easy because it was down slope, but the more step I went down the more I knew it would be tougher later on, when we reached the incline part things starts to get tougher, at around ¼ of our whole journey our pace start’s t slow down, we encourage each other to carry on had quite a lot of stops, every stop there is people providing sedan service for 100 and they will bring us to the peak, it was tempting , but we did not use that service, we climb until ½ of our journey we are starting to get used to it and had lesser stops, finally we made our way up to the peak, the scenery is really nice this is when the hard works payoff. Initially we thought we would have lesser time to be at the peak, as compared to those taking cable car, but because there is a long queue, and we only use 2hr plus to climb up lesser than our 3hr expected time, in the end we had more time to be at the peak than others. At the peak the scenery was very nice it feels just like heaven, but the wind is very cold and it is quite cramp in front of the main temple instead we took our picture just below the temple were there isn’t much people and has the same scenery. After visiting the golden peak we went to take cable car down, we had to queue while we are busy chatting suddenly we found out that our there is people cutting our queue, they just climb in from outside. After taking the cable car down we went the restaurant at the middle of the mountain to have our lunch, It is totally not nice didn’t even finish my bowl of rice were I normally eat 2 to 3 bowl. after having lunch we go back to our tour bus and have our 6 hr ride back to the university, buy some food at the back alley back to our dorm for dinner.

day 19 journey to wu dang mountain
We set off early today because the bus ride was very long to wu dang mountain, we had our lunch at a restaurant under the mountain, than we went in to the wu dang mountain by the shuttle bus provided.
1st we visited tai zi po(太子坡)is a place were the result of the imperial exam is carved there
,2nd we went to zi xiao gong(紫箫宫)is a place where people pay offering to the god of Taoism , and only imperial offer able to enter to the main building to pay their respect,
Lastly we went to nan yan gong（南岩宫）we climbed quite a lot of stairs it is like a pre experience before we climb our way to the golden peak tomorrow , it is also a place where people pay offering nothing much to see as compared to zi xiao gong.
After visiting these three sites we went back to the previous restaurant to have our dinner there, after dinner we went to the hotel that we are going to stay, it is quite nice compared to the cruise that we stay, when we are going to three gorgeous, we have bigger room ,nicer decoration, continuous supply of hot water, what’s more we got a bigger television than the others, best thing is that they have more channel than the ship, although is not international channel .
After we settle down we went out to buy stuff that we need for tomorrow’s climb eg red bull and some food.
After buying our stuff we went back to our room had a bath and enjoy the television before my beauty sleep.

day 18 shopping & birthday party
Schools out, we went to han kou (汉口) for shopping, sadly the things there were like quite expensive, so didn’t buy anything , so we decided to went back to jian er (建二)to buy shoes , we had a squeeze ride it was really crowded , people here are good at squeezing, when there is totally no space in the bus to me, but I got no idea why they can just make their way in, normally in Singapore normally when I see such situation I wouldn’t even border to try and get in to the bus.
We took quite some time to reach jian er, we bought some shoe although I didn’t buy any, we didn’t manage to shop for too long because we still have kidd’s birthday party to attend.
Party starts with cake smashing, we learned how to dance from xin hui and Jeremy we also sang a few songs together.
After celebrating we quickly sent out laundry to washing and also buy stuff that need to bring for wu dang mountain.
We took quite some time to reach jian er, we bought some shoe although I didn’t buy any, we didn’t manage to shop for too long because we still have kidd’s birthday party to attend.

day 17 night market
We had our last lecture with xiao lin today lesson is not as boring we had more interaction, we learned about etiquette business environment in china.
After lesson we took some picture with her, and we set off to jian qi (建七) for their market is just like our pasa malam in Singapore, the only different is they don’t sell a lot of food there, a lot of shirts jewelry, accessories, shoes most are girls stuff so not very interested.
But I still bought something for myself which I think is very worth it, a screen protector for only 9 rmb is very cheap considering the price in Singapore is about $10 would be the cheapest u can find.
Saw a stall selling dog meat too, from far I can smell the fragrance from far, really wanted to try but some of us wouldn’t want to try, so we leave it to the last week those than wan to try would go together, the bus ride is only about 10 mins anyway.
Tried their fried chicken drumsticks went in to a shop ate it together with some beer, is only 3rmb per bottle.
Went to adidas shop and shop for kidd(local student) birthday present, we would celebrate his birthday in advance as his birthday landed on Sunday, but unfortunately we would only be back form wu dang mountain on Sunday , and we are in doubt would we have any more extra energy to celebrate so might as well celebrate in advance.

boring day 16
Went to xiao lin’s lesson today we learn about the different religion in china, Buddhism and Taoism, we also learn about the politics of china, the parties existing in china and who is in the politic circle.
After lesson as usual we played badminton and go for out dinner, today we went to that china fast food restaurant again , today I ordered honey roasted whole chicken, nice fragrance , taste salty with some sweetness ,crispy skin , the taste sip in to the meat itself , ultimately is quite a nice meal.

Day 15 industrial visit
Today we went to wu gang steel and iron group’s manufacturing plant early in the morning.
The plant was very big is like the whole industry area is owned by the company, after entering the main gate it took us quite some time traveling to the place we wanted to visit.
It is a sheet metal manufacturing unit, when we enter the building the 1st thing that caught my attention is the giant furnace, it was huge and is sending out blocks of red hot metal bars every few minute time,
It is sent out by a few hydraulic lever placed on roller turn by motor, it was sent to a series of high pressure water jet spraying on to the metal blocks, to compress it to a thinner sheet of metal after compression it again enter a series of water spraying on to the metal for cooling down , after cooling it is sent to a roller to roll it together after spraying their batch no. and that’s the product ready for sale.
The scale and capacity of the plant was magnificent they produce the roll of metal every in every few minute time.
But sadly we only visit 1 unit , as I was looking forward to see lots of stuff but I only get to see the making of sheet metal.
We went back to WUST after returning the helmet, we went for lunch at a china fast food restaurant located at jian er（建二）is like ½ price of macdonald the taste was not bad although I still think macdonald is nicer.
Went to mr chong’s lesson at 1 pm after lesson he showed us a movie never back down, quite a meaningful show about how a guy persevere its determination, he learned things that he didn’t know from his coach, so do the coach learn some value from him too.
We went to play badminton with the local student again , until dinner time we went to back alley, I ordered some stuff to put in the hot and spicy soup. This is the 1st time I ordered hot and spicy stuff for myself, it didn’t turn out to be super spicy it is still acceptable for me is not as bad as I think, quite nice after all.
Went jogging at about 9 pm hope this can keep me healthy and away from sickness throughout the whole trip.

Day 14
Nothing much happen today, we have mr chong’s lesson for the whole day we finish watching the inconvenience truth.
Lunch is at macDonald just realize that they have delivery hot like so took down the no.
After lesson we played badminton with the local students, what I can say is they are stronger with me, but alan ,yong qi played quite well too .
After the games we went to back alley for our food together with the local student have some noodle not bad just that the soup was a little too salty at the bottom.

day 11,12,13(Three Gorgeous)
Everything is packed yesterday, today I woke up at 6.30 set off at around 7am it was quite a long and cold ride, the window of the bus was lousy because the air can still enter even though I’ve closed the window , and that cause my suffering.
Sleep for quite a long time in the bus, when I woke up I saw this whole lot of field planting this yellow flower kind of thing someone told me that it is used to make vegetable oil , there is this plantation throughout my journey between wu-han and –yi chang which is our destination.
Reached a restaurant at yi chang and have our lunch there , the soup is not bad there is veggie fish ball and a lot of different kind of mushroom , the roasted duck was the best dishes on the table the skin is very crispy meat is tender covered with a layer of fragrance and juicy fats , but there are also dished that don’t really suit my taste like there is this long bean, because they have a same kind of spices taste, and the sweet and sour fish too much vinegar was added, therefore taste too sour and covered away most of its sweet taste.
We make go back to the bus and make out way to the three gorgeous dam there is 3 place that we visited around the dam, 1st is a peak there after we arrive we climbed up some stair case when we reach the scenery was beautiful took some group photos , 2nd is a place nearest to the dam itself, took some picture of the dam, 3rd stop is the garden museum from there we can see a lot of gigantic machines that have been involve at the building of the dam.
Because we have took too much time to take picture and looking at those scenery we are late for our cruise ride because more than ½ of the cruise is occupied by ngee ann student so they waited for us as they are waiting to go have our dinner at the same restaurant .
Ate roasted duck again the orange there was very sweet, after dinner we get back to our bus again and make our way to the cruise, at 1st sight the cruise was rather small, enter our room found out that my television was spoiled so asked the crew on the boat to fix it up for me, they get it done quite fast, after that I realized that the toilet bowl was almost useless, because it can barely flush any solid away and sometimes there is no water to flush, I was told that it was a 4 star ship but they don’t even provide toilet paper we need to buy our self at the provision shop at the lobby.
Because we are late we need to queue up to enter the 水榨, this is how it works the ship enter a enclosed compartment, water will be pumped up to rise the water level until it is equal to the water level on the over side of the river. It was fascinating to me as it is my 1st time I come to know such method and have a view of it. Went to the front deck to have a look at the valley as the wind blow it is just freezing cold, after watch we gathered at a room played some card games and then go back to sleep.
I got totally no idea why the night is just like the 1st night I came to wuhan it is just too cold to sleep , didn’t sleep well as I woke up for quite a few time due to coldness.
Had our breakfast at 7.30am it was a bland breakfast had a hard boil egg, plain porridge and noodles with peanuts.
After breakfast went back to grab some sleep before changing to another ferry to tour shen nong xi (神农溪) it was beautiful valley as and when I can see some people living on the Clift they all plant the same crops as I’ve seen when I was on my way to yi chang.
Stop at a place that our ferry could not go any further we change to a small boat , powered by the man there , this served as a transportation during olden china and now it became a tourist attraction drank some of the river water it tasted good and refreshing , the tour guide also sang some cultural song to us.
After the tour we went back to our ferry and make our way back to our cruise, I slept my way through out the ferry ride as I am too tired to do any more sightseeing.
We go back to our cruise for our lunch and continue for our another 2 valley most of it is rather the same thing as the 1st one.
Our last valley is near chong qing (重庆) when we are leaving valley the tour guild told us to take our our ten yuan notes and look at the picture, and we found that the picture we are looking at is exactly the same as scenery we see at that point of time, there is this peak of the mountain at that view it look like a frog.
We’ve reached chong qing and this is our last spot , we climbed a long stairway to reach bai di miao (白帝庙) the tour guide bring us to tour around and tell us about the story. After taking some picture we make our way down to board our bus while walking we look up to the sky, we saw quite a lot of starts which we don’t normally see in Singapore.
We get back to our cruise to have dinner food in the cruise is not fantastic at all.
After dinner I went back to my room and grab some sleep, as later on we will go to the deck of the ship to look at the stars when it enters the valley. We sang songs on the deck lying down to look at the stars kind of relaxing, at the same time kind of cold too, after appreciating the stars we went back to our room to have our rest as we are going to wake up early in the morning tomorrow.
This night was not as cold so actually slept quite well, we leave the boat after we have our breakfast.
Along our journey we went to a supermarket kind of building to buy the local food products, back to give to our relative and friends, I slept throughout the bus journey and finally we reached WUST.

Ate roasted duck again the orange there was very sweet, after dinner we get back to our bus again and make our way to the cruise, at 1st sight the cruise was rather small, enter our room found out that my television was spoiled so asked the crew on the boat to fix it up for me, they get it done quite fast, after that I realized that the toilet bowl was almost useless, because it can barely flush any solid away and sometimes there is no water to flush, I was told that it was a 4 star ship but they don’t even provide toilet paper we need to buy our self at the provision shop at the lobby.
Because we are late we need to queue up to enter the 水榨, this is how it works the ship enter a enclosed compartment, water will be pumped up to rise the water level until it is equal to the water level on the over side of the river. It was fascinating to me as it is my 1st time I come to know such method and have a view of it. Went to the front deck to have a look at the valley as the wind blow it is just freezing cold, after watch we gathered at a room played some card games and then go back to sleep.
I got totally no idea why the night is just like the 1st night I came to wuhan it is just too cold to sleep , didn’t sleep well as I woke up for quite a few time due to coldness.
Had our breakfast at 7.30am it was a bland breakfast had a hard boil egg, plain porridge and noodles with peanuts.
After breakfast went back to grab some sleep before changing to another ferry to tour shen nong xi (神农溪) it was beautiful valley as and when I can see some people living on the Clift they all plant the same crops as I’ve seen when I was on my way to yi chang.
Stop at a place that our ferry could not go any further we change to a small boat , powered by the man there , this served as a transportation during olden china and now it became a tourist attraction drank some of the river water it tasted good and refreshing , the tour guide also sang some cultural song to us.
After the tour we went back to our ferry and make our way back to our cruise, I slept my way through out the ferry ride as I am too tired to do any more sightseeing.
We go back to our cruise for our lunch and continue for our another 2 valley most of it is rather the same thing as the 1st one.
Our last valley is near chong qing (重庆) when we are leaving valley the tour guild told us to take our our ten yuan notes and look at the picture, and we found that the picture we are looking at is exactly the same as scenery we see at that point of time, there is this peak of the mountain at that view it look like a frog.
We’ve reached chong qing and this is our last spot , we climbed a long stairway to reach bai di miao (白帝庙) the tour guide bring us to tour around and tell us about the story. After taking some picture we make our way down to board our bus while walking we look up to the sky, we saw quite a lot of starts which we don’t normally see in Singapore.
We get back to our cruise to have dinner food in the cruise is not fantastic at all.
After dinner I went back to my room and grab some sleep, as later on we will go to the deck of the ship to look at the stars when it enters the valley. We sang songs on the deck lying down to look at the stars kind of relaxing, at the same time kind of cold too, after appreciating the stars we went back to our room to have our rest as we are going to wake up early in the morning tomorrow.
This night was not as cold so actually slept quite well, we leave the boat after we have our breakfast.
Along our journey we went to a supermarket kind of building to buy the local food products, back to give to our relative and friends, I slept throughout the bus journey and finally we reached WUST.
Go back to our room unpack our stuff, at 6pm we went to eat fried rice at the back alley after dinner we went back to our dormitory to bath and get our journal done.
Day 10
As usual this morning we go for mr chong lesson, he brief us about the upcoming green wave project, we continue watching another part of inconvenience truth and to set out for lunch at our school’s halal canteen, we ate fried egg with tomato, capsicum with brinjal and a chilli chicken, the chili chicken was lousy but the egg and capsicum was not bad. We went to xiao lin class after lunch, we continue about the history of china.
For dinner we ate the same burger yesterday bought fried bun fried noodle and man tou, it was quite a heavy dinner after dinner we pack our stuff for tomorrow visit to the three gorgeous.

Today was an uneventful day , didn’t have breakfast today because we woke up too late we brought some oreo to class, after today’s lesson we watched the inconvenience truth, we didn’t watch the entire movie today ,the movie is about the facts of what environmental problem we are facing now in somewhat like a presentation form what I can say is I really admire gore’s ability on presentation he really bring out the massage, I can feel it even when I only watched half of the movie.
We go for our lunch in the school canteen we ordered egg fried rice and some other stuff , the rice was quite good because it is not too wet and sticks together as compared to the previous fried rice I ate previously.
We went to xiao ling’s lesson for IS it is about the history of china different dynasty what different emperor do which leads to the rise or the down fall of a dynasty, the great structure that are build why to the emperor actually build those structure example, the great wall is used to defend central china from the barbarian’s from attacking their border.

Went canteen for our breakfast before going for lesson, after lesson I and ian went to the bank of china while others is watching the movie that mr chong is playing.
this is the 1st time I go to a bank in a foreign country, we go there to get ian’s very old notes changed, we enter the bank their reception is called a manager, we asked him and he told us to get a no. for it, there is this interesting thing on the table of every counter, there is this rating machine to rate the person that served u and they have no. of starts displayed on.
After visiting the bank we went back to class and continue to watch the movie after watching, Jeremy and some others went to play basket ball with 1 of the student union member, while I went back to my room to rest and sent our clothes for laundry, after sending we went to have our dinner together with mr chong he said he wanted to try a famous zha jiang main the sauce was quite good but the noodle spoiled everything ordered additional eggs as it is a universal taste. We went back to the back alley for the gui ling gao again for dessert as it is very refreshing and good for our health too, went back to our dormitory to bath and do our journal .

Day 7
Today we went to our lesson in the morning but lesson was canceled because hardy leg was injured, so we go for our branch (breakfast cum lunch), in the 2nd floor of school canteen the food there was nicer than the 1 in level 1 but it is more expensive bought a clay pot rice for 8 rmb.
After our food we go back to our dormitory and start to relax by playing the mini ma jong set that we have brought until we go for our lesson, during the lesson mr chong told us that he would want to bring us to a restaurant that he eat so we agreed after lesson 6.30 we meet up and go for dinner .
We ordered 7 dishes some are quite nice some was still the same old china taste which I don’t actually like, the omelet and the fish soup was good just that the fish has quite a lot of bones, surprisingly the food in the restaurant was not as oily as what we used to eat after food we ate dinner is on mr chong.
He brought us to a pastry which sells something like pie inside with red bean or strawberry paste he bought some for us too and we head back to our dormitory get our journal and stuff done to end our day.

Day 6
Today we are going to amusement park!!!.
We got our breakfast the same alley behind our school 2.50rmb for the fried noodles and shared 4 plain bun for only 1 rmb, because it is not so cold any more we sat on a cement chair at the badminton court in front of our dormitory the fried noodle was quite nice although it taste like instant noodle or maybe it is noodles.
We meet up with the student union member walk to the front gate of the university to take a public bus this is the 1st time I took a bus there, the bus is small with so many of us is in fact very cramp up there, they do not have handle along the metal bar of the bus so it is difficult for the girls to hold on to because of their height worse of all the driver always jam his break so it is impossible not to hold on to anything , the bus ride room about 45 horrible min.
After reaching there we proceed to he ping gong yuan it is located in the middle of a vibrant city area which has a lot of sky scrapers and beautiful shopping centers, We walk in start to gather with other group in a pavilion after gathering than we make our way in to the amusement park.
In the amusement park there were quite a lot of games there is roller coaster, bumber car , mirror maze and a lot other twist and turn stuff.
But a lot of the stuff is old and rusty some don’t look fun at all, only played roller coaster as the other game that I wanted to play broke down.
After playing in the amusement park we went to a shopping center was a nice shopping center which actually sells a lot of branded goods like Gucci and bvlgary.
Initially we actually wanted to eat at a food court sell Singapore foods but it was too crowded, so we decided to go and look if there is other place that we could get our food, we found a buffet steamboat restaurant the price was 38rmb per person and they don’t serve pork so it would be good for hardy.
We waited for around 30 min to get our self seated and they start to take our order and the trick starts here the waiters asked we want juice or beer we ordered juice initially but we find it a little fishy isn’t it suppose to be buffet? So we asked is there any extra charges for the juice? She said yes only the soft drink is free flow so we switch back to default, and we start to choose for our soup they have quite a lot of variety like sea food, mushroom spicy and more, after choosing our soup luckily the waitress noted that we are unwilling to pay extra so she let us know that some soup would need to pay extra only clear soup and spicy soup is without extra charges so yah we get our self only the clear and spicy soup.
The ordering is settled we went to take our food there seriously don’t have much nice variety and is not nice at we only have chop sticks to use until we start to eat our dissert because they are washing is not filling at all because the food wasn’t nice practically fill my stomach with soft drinks.
After having our dinner I found out that some people actually paid 53rmb for that meal because of the drinks and soup.
We come back to our dormitory by bus too but we gave the bus a chase run for quite a long distant didn’t sweat at all it fees running never have felt this great.

Day 5
It’s Saturday!!! We are going out on tour on wu han , we gathered at 0750 and walk to our bus which has been waiting for us at the front gate of the university, sleep dead in the bus because I only slept for 3 hr last night busy chit chatting so the journey doesn’t feel long.
Our first stop is east lake it is actually something like garden with quite a lot of pavilions didn’t manage to visit all because it was too big and our time doesn’t allow us to do that so we only visited two of them.
One of it is the famous qu yuan’s it is because of him we have dragon boat festival, we learned about his history what kind of person he is and we he actually do for the county.
After taking some pictures we head back to our back for our 2nd destination which is the museum in wu chang.
There were tight security there we need to scan our staff before going in, there are quite a lot of different types of stuff that is displayed.
With the explanation of our tour guide we are able to understand the history of the zhu which is in the war dynasty where many great power fight to conquer china as one, we learn that bronze in that period of time is essential to the succeed of a country, were by they are able to make weapons and useful tools out of it to make their country prosper, we also learned that 2000 years ago china already possessed highly advance knowledge on bronze were they are actually able to weld bronze together at that time.
After visiting the chu dynasty’s artifacts we also visited other artifact like the tomb of duke yi we saw the biggest coffin cover, what are the floor plan of the tomb and the biggest (bian zhong) which is a kind of instrument at that time made of bronze.
Duke yi died in early age actually is because they doesn’t know that the bronze utensil produces toxic which is poison if consume for long term, these bronze utensil is only affordable for the rich so the rich in that dynasty averagely die of early age as compared to the poor.
We also went in to see some antique pottery after doing that we also took some group photos we head back to our bus and go our next destination which is a food street for our lunch.
We tried quite a lot of different foods there like chee cheong fan , bbq squide and strawberry caramel they are all very tasty very satisfying to my taste bud and stomach.
After our lunch we head to our last destination of the day the yellow crane tower it was within walking distance from the food street, we walked there the tower was magnificent and beautiful.
we get to know that the know is well known for being a place where a lot of well know poet from the history have wrote their famous poem there.
But the sad things is the tower we see now was not the 1st tower this tower was rebuild several time because of natural disaster and is devastated by wars.
It was rebuild in every dynasty since the tang dynasty find that the ming’s dynasty yellow crane was the most beautiful grand and magnificent one.
In the tower the scenery was not very good got no idea it is air pollution of just misty I could see the yellow river form the tower and han cou city across the river.

Woke up at 10 we went for breakfast in the school canteen at 11, after buying our food we went to buy our thing we ordered the same drinks but it comes with 2 different colour we didn’t actually care much and jus drink as usual.
After our breakfast we make our way to our 1st lecture of environmental technology he gave us some introduction about is actually environmental technology it is actually some methods of cleaning the mass that our industrialize world have made , what impact they have on us, green house effect , the use of ozone how and it deplete by free radical reactions.
After lecture we go back to our dormitory and start to do some of our journal as we are suppose to sleep early tonight because tomorrow we would have to wake up early in the morning to go for some tour.

day 3
It has been a good night for me it is not that cold anymore maybe is because of the weather or its just my body is adapting to the environment.
We went to lecture room at 9am for our IS module but after that we realized that there is a some changes made the lesson has change its time to 1 pm so we just fill in the dorm staying form and hand it to Mr,Chong .
We make our way out to yesterday’s mall again have been a loyal customer for the pass few days, bought some cup noodle spoon and chop sticks there seem to be unlimited grocery to be bought. We had macdonal again for our lunch after that we make our way back to our dormitory for some rest.
After resting we reached the LT our IS teacher name is xiao lin, she is going to give us some introduction about wuhan form its history to the place to what are the good place to shop and eat, none the less the lesson was still kind of dry in some part like history and geography stuff.
After lesson we get back to our dormitory again as we end our lesson at 5pm and meeting the student in WUST for dinner.
After meeting the students we decided to travel further to the 7th district (qi jian) there much more entertainment there we had our dinner at an eatery which has a lot of local food that xiao lin has told us about previously after our food we go to the arcade opposite after few round of exciting gun fighting and racing games go decided to go for some pool games, the environment is good nice there is even people helping u to reach the book after each game which I’ve never seen before, Other than there is people smoking inside every other things is better than Singapore the price is also reasonable ,
Due to the time constrain I didn’t get to play the pool because initially it was full and we got to wait for quite some time to get our table.
Took a cab back and we start taking a lot of pictures in front the gate as if we are going back, initially there were only few of us and a cameral as more and more people arrive the no. of cameral increases rapidly and the longer I need to stand with the same smile until all the cameral has taken their photos just it is just like taking photo shoot, after the photo taking secession its almost time the gate close so we went back our dormitory and get our rest for tomorrow.
We went to lecture room at 9am for our IS module but after that we realized that there is a some changes made the lesson has change its time to 1 pm so we just fill in the dorm staying form and hand it to Mr,Chong .
We make our way out to yesterday’s mall again have been a loyal customer for the pass few days, bought some cup noodle spoon and chop sticks there seem to be unlimited grocery to be bought. We had macdonal again for our lunch after that we make our way back to our dormitory for some rest.
After resting we reached the LT our IS teacher name is xiao lin, she is going to give us some introduction about wuhan form its history to the place to what are the good place to shop and eat, none the less the lesson was still kind of dry in some part like history and geography stuff.
After lesson we get back to our dormitory again as we end our lesson at 5pm and meeting the student in WUST for dinner.

day 2 life in WUST
2nd day of our trip last night was a long and torturing night woke up by the cold each time I change position of sleep specially the feet , this is the 1st time I wish the day could come more quickly, woke up 10 in the morning I’m the 1st to woke up in my room I go in to the bath room to test out the hot water, the good thing is it’s working therefore I bath for the 1st time in china luckily the hot water is available it’s just sensational and it feels very refreshing after bathing.
All of us meet and have our breakfast at the school canteen its freezing cold outside, this is when I realize that the heater in our room wasn’t useless after all.
In the canteen there is quite some stall it’s really cheap if u convert it to SGD about a dollar plus u can have a meal, had some prawn ball noodle and wan-ton it cost me about 10 rmb for the meal.
After the meal we go back to our dorm and rest for awhile and we set off to do some shopping ,
The weather was quite warm as compared to the morning went in to 1 of the shopping center saw quite a lot of brand that is available in Singapore eg. Giordano , baleno and levis ect ect. Didn’t actually buy anything because I’ve been spending more than my budget , we get our self to the macdonald beside the shopping center I found out that they have quite a lot interesting food that is not available in Singapore eg. pork burger and red bean paste pie.
We ordered our food the next thing we found out that we forgotten to request other sauce that we used to in Singapore, so I Went back I told her in mandarin “can I have curry source bbq sauce and chili sauce? “ I don’t think that she actually understand what am I actually saying then she took out each of her sauce and said this is all the sauce I have I wouldn’t dare to ask for more so I just said thanks and make my way up to where my seats is.
We sit down and we found out that they still have garlic chili available was quite happy about it although doesn’t really taste as nice as Singapore’s garlic chili.
lunch we went to the supermarket we went yesterday as we didn’t actually have time to shop because they are closing, we bought our self’s kettle so we could boil hot water and make milo to keep our self warm and also some other daily needs.
On our way back to university during the journey it’s drizzling so it turn out to be a little bit colder we got back to our dorm unload our stuff have some rest while waiting for dinner time we went a Ally behind the back door of the school which is just beside our dorm.
The whole ally is full of stalls and eatery selling all kinds of good and is real cheap too Mr, chong brought us to a eatery which is recommended by another lecturer because they serve muslim food, had fried rice but it wasn’t very nice though I think all the road side stall outside taste better but I did not try any of them, I guess I would wait for a week or 2 to train up my stomach before I actually try those food.
After our dinner we went to a LT in the university they said they there is movie showing secession the best thing is the LT’s warmer is a lot more better than our dorm’s warmer.
The hi-fi is spoiled so they can’t play the movie instead we introduce our self including the china student there, got sabotage by Jeremy for asking me to sing, it’s just very nervous to sing in front of the crowd.
After all the singing and introducing that would be all for the day so we went back to our dorm to get our journal done and do everything that is necessary to make myself survive through another night surprisingly tonight was not as cold as last night I guess maybe my body is adapting to the environment so let’s hope tonight sleep would be a uninterrupted one.

Day one
Woke up at 3.45 was really early only manage to have 3 hr to sleep because I was packing my luggage till late night.
Meet up with my neighbor go have a local food nasi lemak before actually make my journey of china 42days. Reach the airport at about 5.20 it is quite a long wait before we check in our luggage and make our way to the plane.
We reach Guangzhou’s baiyun airport at about 12 pm collect our luggage and check in again for transit flight, it didn’t took us long as it was not really crowded so we manage to fetch our self 1hr for lunch, the other lecturer found a cheaper restaurant which we could get our lunch at about 24 rmb its consider cheap because in other restaurant it’s like more than 100rmb.
It took them quite long to get our food served the food was quite nice just that it is very oily.
We went to the toilet before boarding the plane as the girls wanted get their long john on before we reach wu-han as it is reported to be very cold there.
We go back to 3rd level to gather and check in for our transit flight, as we are queuing li ying’s suddenly recall that she left her hand phone in the toilet so I shan mei and Jeremy wait outside the check in area as she and velverie went back to search and ian would check in and tell Mr,chong about it we did manage to catch the plane but li-ying didn’t manage to find her phone.
We reach wu-han at about 5pm collect our luggage load it to the bus and we reach the university at about 7pm we put all our luggage in 1 room and went for dinner know some china student while chatting too the food as oily as expected.

We did our shopping in a hurry as the supermarket is closing in 10 min time we walk a long journey back to the hostel collect our luggage and we are allocated to our room the room isn’t good the drawers is filled with dust didn’t actually border to clean up so we just unpack our stuff wear more clothing before going to sleep.
